ORDERS: 1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days

If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.  

Please note that no changes in the order or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. 


RETURNS: We hope you love your 1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT purchase!


Currently we do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made for a different size, only. No international returns or exchanges are accepted.


1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT will gladly accept styles for a size exchange of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and for one time only. A $10.00 USD restocking fee will be charged for each approved exchanged item. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Please follow the exchange process below:

1. E-mail within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size you'd like to exchange your item to.

2. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with the instructions on where to send your item for an exchange. The return cost of the item will be at the customers expense but 1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT will cover the shipping of the new item. 

Note: We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method to track your exchange. 1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT is not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.

All sale items are final sale.  

SHIPPING: All domestic and International orders are shipped via Federal Express. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. 

Express orders that are placed before 3pm EST will be shipped same day. Any express order that is placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the next business day.  

Ground and International orders will ship same day or next business day.

Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore 1 ON 1 KNOCKOUT is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays
